ABOUT PLANT-FORWARD

Eating plant-forward means eating a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, seeds, legumes, tubers, and plant-based oils, and is also known as whole-foods, plant-based (WFPB). It's the only way of eating supported by science to promote longevity, protect against, and even reverse chronic disease!

Did you know you could lose weight by eating more! That's right, eating a carbohydrate-rich, fiber-full, plant-forward diet leaves you feeling satiated and full. You can kiss those starvation style diets goodbye! 

I'll help you see health improvements while eating MORE than you normally would. I provide helpful meal plans, recipes, and advice to my clients so that they feel completely supported in their transition to a more plant-forward diet!

ABOUT ME

I'm a Californian turned Alberta Registered Dietitian who studied nutrition for 7 years. I serve the Province of Alberta through online nutrition counseling services.

It's my personal conviction that I can't KNOW the scientifically proven BEST way to eat and not share it with others. That's why I am your plant-forward dietitian Alberta! There are very few out there who will tell you how it is.
