Many of us have a broken relationship with food. This is not your fault, but a result of big business and big weight loss using you for your money. In order to break free from chronic dieting, we need to understand what’s going on under the hood that’s influencing our food choices. Emotions and our experiences with food growing up can significantly impact how we think and feel when eating now. Even if you haven’t tried many diets, if you are overweight, theres a good chance you still need to improve your relationship to food!

Diet

Not all plant-based diets are optimized to help you lose weight the quickest. And other diets trade your health for a quick result.  In my program, I give you a framework for how to make everyday food choices and a 12-week meal plan to put it all into practice! I so often hear people say they just don’t know what to do, who to listen to, or how to implement it. I don't want you to be dependent on experts for the rest of your life! I want to give you everything you need to know about weight loss and health so you can make your own decisions from here on out.

Sustainability

I know I used the word diet earlier, but I really mean adopting a WOE or "way of eating". I like this terminology because it gives you the imagery of a path or a way. I help you lay out your path, and figure out what direction you're going so that you can keep following it for the rest of your weight loss and hopefully your life. I know that if we can set you on the right path, you will walk right past all those annoying parts of aging like diseases, low energy, weight gain, and even memory loss. As one nonagenarian put it, you will have to start making younger friends who can keep up with you and be your friend late into your life!

Lucy also shares recipes within the Facebook community, and may present more/different style of meal plans at any point. With all that inventory at your hands, you shouldn't have trouble accessing recipes that will promote health and weight loss ASAP. 

 

 

Q: I want to do the course, but not sure if I have time right now… How long will I have access to the materials?

 

Each module should take no more than 10 minutes. You can tackle that once a day, or once a week depending on your schedule. The materials are also yours for life. You can access the modules, recordings, and meal plan forever, meaning that you can come back to it if you can't finish everything over the next 8 weeks.
