Merry Christmas!
I know it can be hard to do 2 things during Christmas- reading blogs and staying active. So here's a short and sweet article to inspire you to stay active this Christmas.
On the first day of Christmas, my fam asked me, to take a walk through pretty scenery.
On the second day of Christmas, my best friend Jo, brought me on a hike in the snow.
On the third day of Christmas, my brother and Steve did a workout on the TV.
On the fourth day of Christmas, my sister and Lore, took some stairs, not the elevator.
On the fifth day of Christmas, my dad and Mark cycled through the nature park.
On the sixth day of Christmas, my friend and Sue ice-skated on the avenue.
On the seventh day of Christmas, my niece and Lark, strolled through the Christmas mark-et.
On the eighth day of Christmas, my grandma asked me, to clean dishes before caroling.
On the ninth day of Christmas, my grandpa asked me, if I'd like some help cooking.
On the tenth day of Christmas, my church group asked Lee, if she'd like to do some healthy baking.
On the eleventh day of Christmas, my mother asked me, if I'd like to go inter tubing.
On the twelfth day of Christmas, my boss asked me, if I'd like to try skiing.
Christmas is the perfect time to do some fun, communal activities (if you are able). These can also be fun to get out and do alone! Either way, activity is an important part of keeping your body healthy through the holidays so let's make it happen.
